Another one of the characters on individual means of transportation that the sculptor loves to create so much. A typical satirical image of an official: hat, briefcase, a little potbelly, a small nose, and a big double chin that made the first one disappear. He seems to belong at a desk piled with heaps of bureaucratic papers, but he's speeding along on a unicycle. An incongruous combination. The movement is accentuated by the arching of the back and the belly, which is protruding like a sail inflated by the wind, while his legs stand steadily on the wheel, and a distinctive reddish scarf flutters. Before us is a bureaucrat of a new formation, who keeps his tiny nose to the wind.
