Arsen was born in Erevan in 1971.
He was graduated from Erevan’s Academy of Arts. He is the member of the Unit of painters in Russia. He is the member of the Unit of painters in Armenia. The member of the international Federation of painters UNESCO. Since 1993 the participant of more than 30 exhibition. The sculptures are in the museum and private collections of many countries in the world.
Tragically died in a car accident in 2004.
