In the Olmecs’ mythology (jaguar’s Indians) there is a legend about a magic transformation Maku Lele. Maku Lele is described as a weak Indian and when men go hunting they trust him to stay in the village with women and children to beet the fire. This moment neighboring feuding tribe make an attack on the village. Maku Lele drinks a brew from the grass of jurem which jaguar showed to Olmecs. The spirit of jaguar moves in him and he has whiped the enemy.
